Three days before the festival, Cuoi hamlet, Dai hamlet, Ro hamlet observed rituals for cleaning and decorating the tomb of Royal Highest. During 3 days of the festival, palanquin procession was not held because it had been held in early January. Dai Lieu, Hoi Xuyen, Vinh Du held palanquin procession to Bai Quan ground to offer sacrifices, the next day, palanquin was brought back to the village. In festival days, there were many kinds of feast offerings for the Royal Highest. The village had 12 animal designations, one feast would represent one animal designation. This is a typical feature of Cuoi temple festival.
For 3 festival days, the first day's offerings were five fruits, designed according to Thuong tam long, ha tu linh. The following days' offerings were feasts of all kinds.
Sweet feast: include many kinds of cakes such as: banh day, banh com (green rice flake cake), banh phu the, banh troi (floating cake), banh chay (boiled dumplings), fried cakes, banh gio (lime-water dumplings), banh bot loc - banh com, banh gio, banh bot loc were wrapped by fresh banana leaves, tied by bamboo string.
Co thau feast: include many kinds of meat: boiled, frozen meat, meat roll, grilled chopped meat, nem chao' all of these courses were contained in big bowls
Three incarnation feast: each region had it own concept of three incarnations, here, they were pig, chicken, wild goose or groose. These three animals, after slaughtered, were designed as they were alive, decorated by scarlet paper, then they were offerred to deities, later were distributed for the feast.
Burned ox feast: in the third day, people slaughtered oxen and then burned them. After that, the oxen and blood pudding were offerred to deities, when the offering finished, the oxen were used for feast.
