Hoi Do Trade Center is invested more than 40 billion VND, built at the middle of the 15-ha-in - square Hoi Do marketing street. It is 2-storey, 7,000 m2, divided into 3 marketing parts, which are: supermarket - electronics, goods, necessaries - clothes and food. Hoi Do Trade center will be well-equipped with all necessary system such as firefighting, rescuing equipment... in front of it, there is a wide ground squared 1.9 ha.
Hoi Do Trade Center - Marketing Street is due to open after 11 months of being built, contributing to promoting business activities and the province's economic development.
Hai Duong's Western and Eastern new urban areas have been invested much by several investors in which Nam Cuong Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd has contributed 1,270 billion VND, making up 49% of the total investment capital.
The Western new urban area is 433 ha in square, 25% of which is living land. 35% of the total capital needed for completing the area has been invested for building infrastructure. It is expected that the 25-storey building will be completed by September 2005.
The Eastern new urban area is 78 ha in square, 28% of which is living land. Nam Cuong Trade and Tourism Company has also invested 570 billion VND equally to 95% total capital needed. Transport system, green trees, 1/3 of the works of electricity, water supplying and sewage has been completed. It is expected that the new urban area will be completed by June 2005.
